George Fletcher has more than 25 years experience (20 years of which have been with Adache) on a global level combining his international and domestic experience to create and design world class environments for the firm’s clients. As President/CEO, he brings top management and leadership to the firm. His responsibilities include overseeing the day to day administration of the firm; client liaison; contract negotiations; and overall production management in all phases of design, contract documents and construction management.Mr. Fletcher also oversees the firms’ departmentalized studios which work with clients to ensure the best possible and most efficient. |

Joseph Biordi , formerly holding a key position with the architectural firm of Architectonica in Miami, has been with the firm for over a decade and has become a significant figure in the success of the Adache Team as a Principal. His technical and management skills have brought many of Adache’s creative visions to reality, by virtue of his ability in CADD Management, construction documentation, planning and project management. Biordi’s past experience ranges from residential, high rise apartments and condominiums to resorts, hotels and commercial and institutional projects in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. |

Robert Rosenberg has more than 30 years experience in marketing and hospitality/tourism management. As Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Rosenberg manages both business development for the firm and consulting with clients on their marketing and collateral needs for exposure for their projects. It has always been the philosophy of the firm that sharing the company recognition breeds quality clientele with appreciation of quality architecture. Rosenberg develops this recognition process for Adache as a leading architectural, planning and interior design company both domestically and internationally. His responsibilities include collateral and brochure development, media relations for the firm and the firm’s clients as well as client contact, marketing and advertising. |

His experience includes multifamily residential, hospitality, community planning, retail, healthcare, and high end corporate interior architecture.Mr. Hinchcliffe manages the production of various high profile domestic and international projects within his particular studio. Jorge de Leon, having been a key member of the firm for over 15 years, is the Director of Design and oversees the company’s creative design studio. Mr. De Leon, along with his talented staff, manages the artistic element of the architectural services by taking our client’s vision and a blank piece of paper and finessing it into schematic design solutions ready for design development and construction documents. His wealth of experience and versatility for over 10 years in Latin America and 20 years in South Florida, has driven the production of quality, award winning design for the firm on a local, national and global level. As liaison with the production studios, De Leon follows the development of the design process through the related disciplines, maintaining the design quality through project completion. |

Gregory Boreland , ASID has been a part of the Adache design team since 1993. During this time, because of his creativity and dedication, Mr. Boreland was promoted to Associate to manage the Interior Design Studio. His past experience, with numerous award winning interior projects in the firm (from concept development to installation) affords him the ability to take the interior design studio into the next level.Mr. Boreland possesses an array of experience in the interior design profession that spans 20 years. His design experience covers hospitality, residential and commercial interior design, with varied styles ranging from contemporary to traditional within the United States, South America and the Caribbean. |

| Dick Bell started with Adache when the Pensacola, FL office opened in December, 2004. Mr. Bell brings over 15 years of design and business administration to the success of the company. His design experience includes luxury residential, hospitality, educational facilities and interior design for historically significant and waterfront homes along the Gulf Coast regions FL, MS, and LA. Bell has also been involved in design related fields including television set design, and grand event planning.
Active in the local civic community, Bell was recently named in the Heritage Registry of Who’s Who for his accomplishments and achievements in the field of Architecture Interior Design and the work that he has done over the past 15 years in the field.

| Anthony Noles brings a diverse architectural experience base of over 30 years to the firm. He has been responsible for the design and project management of a wide variety of project types including multifamily residential housing, healthcare facilities, medical office buildings, military installations, libraries, and K-12 educational facilities.
Mr. Noles is committed to accurate, well organized contract documents and is well versed in advanced production techniques. Noles is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

| Jose Rodriguez has been a member of the Adache Team for 3 years and oversees one of the company’s creative design studios. A registered architect in the State of Florida since, 1982, Mr. Rodriguez has over 28 years experience on projects ranging from hospitality to commercial, broadcast facilities, retail, condominium and public parks design and development.
Mr. Rodriguez manages a talented team of professionals in the production of various high profile domestic and international projects within his particular studio.
