Trump International Tower New Orleans will be the tallest building in New Orleans. The contemporary luxury 68 story condo hotel will feature 622 hotel and hotel/condominium unites in over 1.2 million square feet of space within walking distance of the famed French Quarter.

Palazzo del Lago InterContinental Hotel & Residences in Orlando will be the world’s largest InterContinental resort. Located minutes from the main gates of Walt Disney World, the project will include 1215 luxurious rooms and suites at the condo hotel; 193 luxury condo residences at the Villa Italia Tower; and 800 magnificent condo residences in 4 Resort Villa towers. The hotel will be an official hotel of the Orange County Convention Center.

‘W’ Resort & Residences in Ft. Lauderdale has topped off on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The ‘W’ is a twin 24-story towers with 346 hotel rooms and 171 luxury resort condominium units. The project will also include a destination health spa, meeting and convention facilities, restaurants and lounges and numerous other luxury resort amenities.

Pensacola Beach Resort on the white sandy beach of Pensacola Beach, FL will be a 19 story tower featuring 216 2-bedroom units plus restaurants, shops, and a spa and fitness center. This fractional resort is a pioneering venture that is being introduced to this part of the country.

Los Congos Resort in Laguna de Apoyo, Nicaragua will be a unique eco-tourism planned resort on the slopes of a pristine volcanic crater lake. The resort will feature 50 bungalow units surrounded a one-of-a-kind spa. Residential villas will be dispersed in the 550+ acres of tropical forest.

Two Hotel Indigo resorts are being designed and built in Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach, FL. These two boutique hotels by InterContinental will feature 160 unites each in 10 story towers with indoor/outdoor pools, restaurant and bar.

Couples Harmony Bay Resort will feature 360 rooms and 36 suites. There will be more than 28 structures, each 3 stories high in a lush setting on Jamaica’s world famous beaches. This new resort will compliment the other Couples Resorts in Ocho Rios and Nagril that were designed by Adache.

Other design projects are currently underway include Krystle Towers, a twin 19 story tower resort with 412 luxury units on Lake Bryan just minutes from Walt Disney World in Orlando; renovations and additions to the world famous Delano hotel in Miami Beach; Grafton Resort & Le Grand Courlan in Tobago which will feature 190 rooms in both resorts; Seagate Hotel in Delray Beach, FL, a 162 unit resort with 114 suites, 47 king rooms, a presidential suite, spa salon, restaurant, meeting rooms and retail shops; Singer Island Resort on Singer Island will be a contemporary 18 story tower featuring 129 luxurious hotel suites located minutes from world famous Palm Beach. The property will also feature 2 restaurants, bar, spa and lifestyle center, a resort pool with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
